Pests and rodents. In the warm months expect roaches and in the cold months expect mice in building 5527. This is where management is really lacking. If you call or stop in the office and inform them of the issue you may get one of these answers. "I can give you (points in the direction of a bottle of roach killer) said bottle and you can spray yourself". WORST APARTMENTS EVER. THESE MICE INFESTED. ROACH INFESTED APARTMENTS ARE NOT WORTH ANY MONEY. GO SOMEHWERE WITH DECENT STAFF. WHO DOESN’T TOW YOIR CAR IN A UNMARKED PARKING SPOT AND LEAVE YOU CARLESS FOR A WEEKEND AND LIE ABOUT IT. WORST PLACES EVER. YOU GOT CRACKHEADS RUNNING AROUND THESE APARTMENTS. worse place to live!!! they put evictions on your back ground, that dont need to be there. I broke my lease do to a abusive relationship I have a 4 year old he didn't need to be around that so they put down they evicted me. HORRIBLE MANANCE AND MANAGEMENT!! LIVING HERE WAS A MISTAKE!! NEVER LIVE HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT. EVERYTIME I CALLED MANTANCE IT TOOK TWO- THREE WEEKS BEFORE SOMEONE CAME OUT. TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!! NOT WORTH LIVING HERE!!!
i love this place i have been living here for a year the staff is awesome. the grounds are always clean. and maintenance always responds quickly and get the job done!!!!
