Management and Maintenance Top of the line management (Sheena) and maintenance (Fabian) are a 1-2 punch of a team, friendly and expeditious!
Caring management The office staff is very kind and friendly, they take the time to listen and help with any concerns you may have, maintenance is quick to respond with any requests you have. Sheena and her staff are great and have made every effort to make the stay here enjoyable.
Highly recommend Quiet community and management and maintenance have been great this last year and a half I’ve been living here!

Pests and rodents. In the warm months expect roaches and in the cold months expect mice in building 5527. This is where management is really lacking. If you call or stop in the office and inform them of the issue you may get one of these answers. "I can give you (points in the direction of a bottle of roach killer) said bottle and you can spray yourself". WORST APARTMENTS EVER. THESE MICE INFESTED. ROACH INFESTED APARTMENTS ARE NOT WORTH ANY MONEY. GO SOMEHWERE WITH DECENT STAFF. WHO DOESN’T TOW YOIR CAR IN A UNMARKED PARKING SPOT AND LEAVE YOU CARLESS FOR A WEEKEND AND LIE ABOUT IT. WORST PLACES EVER. YOU GOT CRACKHEADS RUNNING AROUND THESE APARTMENTS.
