Decent Place The staff is both professional and friendly, and Emily, the office manager, is outstanding. Her exceptional service really makes a difference.
Wonderful management and staff Donna and Emily are truly the best when it comes to it. They are always super friendly and caring. The staff as a whole are quick, knowledgeable, professional, and nice. Amazing place to live, it's a quiet neighborhood and the apartments themselves are in amazing shape and decently priced for what you are looking for.

Love the People! To be honest, I did NOT want to live in an apartment. I was trying to move into another apartment, but they were giving me the run around after I had been approved and everything. I was just trying to get things in order to their specifications before my move in date. The day of my move in I was still unable to move in due to their lack of communication. Great Place! Donna showed us around and she was very informative and professional telling us all we needed to know about the units and all the amenities. The pool was so sparking clean I could have dove into it right then. The renovations look absolutely terrific. And the units themselves were very clean and roomy.
Really good management and maintenance team! I've lived here for around a decade and there have been different mgmts but all have been nice and the maintenance is really cooperative and takes care of things in a timely fashion. I recommend this place to everyone. Noel & Sheeba
