The manager of the apartment, Jacque, is really rude in her mail. It’s hard to reach her when we have questions. She also asks us to pay extra fee that is not our responsibility. At this time, she is more active then any managers. Aspen Village is a good apartment, but the manager is too annoying

Staying here for 2 years. Great staff and well managed facilities. The environment is clean and quiet. Great swimming pool all year long and especially like the donuts everyday provided by the office.
