Great houses, great people
Devastated and at a loss for words. All I can say is I can never get back the experience or perks of buying my first house. Lesson learned. I do not recommend Aspen View Homes especially if you are a first time home buyer.
AVOID! Bought a new build finished by them in 2022. It has been nothing short of a nightmare. AC has been replaced/repaired twice (1 unit for 3 stories, 2800 sqft!?) Handler too. Stairs to basement need to be replaced as they are rattling free of the homes frame. Foundation has to be sump-pumped constantly due to the storm water collecting under the home. And today, as I try to sell this nightmare, I found at the sewer line is connected to the city line with almost no grade, meaning sewage has just been pooling in the line f... read more

Love the home, great craftsmanship, functionality is superb for efficiency of living (convenient layout of the house), sales staff, superintendents, and warranty folks willing to work with you, and very kind people!! Highly recommend!!
