I apologize in advance for the length of this review but please read up. My father was a general contractor in AZ for about 45 years and owned his own company that was very highly rated. He received a number of national Energy Star awards. His moto was "quality with efficiency in mind". I worked directly for him for roughly 10 years along with summers during high school. I have never been inside one of their homes, but they are building a new development around our neighborhood and they have not cleaned up their mess at all. We have a huge retaining pond and they have littered the entire area and the water sources. It’s so sad to see and not care about the surrounding community. We have several species of animals that have made this home as well.
I know Aspen View has had some negative reviews. But. Aside from a hiccup with the original salesman, we have had nothing short of a great experience with Aspen View. The super, the warranty rep. And even the sub contractors have been nothing but polite and courteous. They have respected our new property and done as much as they can to make the whole experience positive and neighborly.
Such an amazing experience working with Aspen View Homes! We absolutely love our home. Great quality and craftsmanship. The staff at Aspen View are so friendly and kind. Stephanie is incredibly knowledgeable and walked with us every step of the way. I highly recommend choosing Aspen View Homes!
All the people involved were very helpful , Omar , Ben , Matt , Mitch and seemed truly excited about us getting the new home.
