Like every builder out there Aspen has had their ups and downs. What separates Aspen Venture Group apart is their commitment to do the right thing. Building relationships, and building great homes goes hand in hand with this company. What really impresses me is how they handle the issues and challenges that can be tossed into the mix while building homes, while this task is never easy they always found a solution to keep pushing forward and building a great end product.

Ferguson and Aspen Venture Group have a great partnership. I have personally been in many of their homes, and it is refreshing to see a builder showcase the plumbing, lighting, and appliances that we sell them in a state of the art home. They are an efficient builders, that stay true to quality, and are always up to date with design trends. Great people build great homes!

James and his team at Aspen continually put out a top of the line product in the St Pete market. They are professional, knowledgable, and great to work with. The technology they use for continual communication with clients leaves no guesses to day to day activities and progress. I would recommend them to anyone considering building new construction or to take a look at any of the projects the have for sale.
