Dr. King was very compassionate to my situation. He got me in right away, he took his time to help me & he took his time to thoroughly explain his findings & impression. Dr. King & staff are wonderful!

This office is just filled with shiny, happy people all the time! Everyone from Shelly up front, to Whitney and the other hygienists, to Dr. Machen herself are simply delightful and I look forward to coming in to see them and have them make me feel so welcome and invited whilst they drill cavities, and clean my teeth! Entitle staff who were involved were genuinely professional, kind, and efficient. Dr Machen is an all around superior dentist. Her work over the past years has been excellent in each case. I don’t believe she has an equal in the Idaho Falls area. I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone.

The hygienist was professional, thorough and funny. The ladies up front were very helpful.
As usual, my appointment was on time, the hygienist was thorough, friendly, not rough, and I'm completely happy with Dr. Machen and her staff.
