except for the PT Matt, who was excellent, this is the most unprofessional PT office I have ever experienced. No follow thru on exercise routines between visits (owner says "its a waste of paper" and no one follows the script), 'workout' routine after seeing PT was 'supervised' by non certified person who was often responsible for working with six people at a time, including hooking up for electical stim and ice after workouts. Requests for report to my doctor at home were 'ignored' and required my calling them.

Every person that says bad things are mainly upset because they want to change an appointment prior to the 24 hr notice. They think it is rude to be charged for not following rule like all hospitals and PT’s have. If fact, all therapist and or physicians will stop your ability to come in because you are not reliable. These PT’s are great and very reasonable.

I had a shoulder injury and was seen to by Curtis one of the physios who i found to be very thorough ,careful not to push too far and knowledgeable.i felt very comfortable with him and would have no hesitation in recommending him .

Worked with Sean and Stan, Stan the most, and they were AMAZING, incredible helpful, and super insightful and very productive overall. Worked with Ashley once and she just wasn’t for me, a whole lot of conversation and not as productive as Stan or Sean, I’d HIGHLY recommend those two. Amazing work so lucky I found them.
