We were having issues with cockroaches and called maintenance several times to come and check it out during the ownership transition and after everything was settled. We never got a response, so we had to hire our own pest control and still see some but will not get an answer on pest control. The maintenance of the place is fine but not the best. Stuff is not updated or kept up, and the rent keeps going up every year we renew.

UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNRESPONSIVE MANAGEMENT: I had a highly disappointing experience with Aspen Run I & II. Despite fulfilling all my lease obligations, including paying rent and additional month-to-month charges, management failed to provide clarity on unjustified charges after I vacated my apartment.
