The office staff is not helpful and maintenance can not fix issues in my apartment

Move-out documents do take time to process, and our team does have to assess the condition of the apartment prior to it being vacated, which takes additional time to to document and process. I've lived here for about 4 years and haven't had any issues. Maintenance has always been diligent and the office staff has been friendly.
