I want to start this review off by saying thank you to Aspen Roofing & Exteriors for everything. We are extremely satisfied with our new roof! Brad came by our house and completed the free inspection, taking photos of all areas of concern to show us. Brad then assisted with reaching out to my insurance to file a claim and walked us through each step from inspection to replacement. U they did not end up hiring these people for their service but they were very professional and friendly over the phone extremely nice people not pushy
Bradley and Jacob are amazing! They are both very professional and they worked hard to make everything as easy as possible for me. Bradley stopped by any time I had questions and answered them with no problems. Jacob is the site manager and he was very good at explaining the process and he is very honest about if you need to spend the money on an upgrade or not. I highly recommend Aspen!
I just had my roof done by Aspen (Dallas office) and the results are amazing! The new roofing job they did is so much better quality than the original as it relates to the attention to detail in the shingle placement, vents' positioning, and aesthetics. Shay was the point of contact in the office and she was very patient with my questions and took care of me.
