I wish I could give them zero stars. Aspen replace our roof in 2020 after it was damaged by a hail storm. I chose to upgrade to a hail resistant shingle, thereby paying a little more. The crew was quite slow and sloppy but finally finished the job. About a month after the job was complete, I was looking out the upstairs window and notice the uneven spacing of shingles and waving on my ridge rows. They put on a new roof. So far no leaks so that part is good. They broke the wooden gate to the backyard in the process, the latch was barely hanging on. Some of the shingles came off after a couple of weeks. Four polite calls to report it. Would be a 10 minute fix at most. Now they don't even bother to answer my calls. Find a roofer who cares about their work and craftmanship, Aspen isn't one of them.<br /> <br /> <br />
We were victims of Hurricane ***. They quoted us $24,000 and they were hired. They were on my roof in 2 days after signing. But... they put the wrong shingles on the roof (they fixed), they broke our gutters(they fixed), and the killed my whole landscaping (they fixed). Then we received the final invoice..$30,000!!! EVERYTHING increased including the commission. Between us and my insurance, we were asking for justification of such a high increase... they said the materials cost more. ( In 2 days?)
