Savanna was super nice and helpful.
The apartments/ maintenance are fairly decent for this price. BUT they made some contracts with Cox internet and you DO NOT have any other wifi providers in these buildings and cox SUCKS. Be ready to have unannounced internet outages every week. If you are a remote worker, avoid this place at all costs. You will not have Wifi for days at a stretch and you can do nothing about it. Be ready to get your important meetings interrupted by Cox. If your apartment has cox internet by default, run far away from it. Do not look back
I had a really great experience with Aspen Ridge! Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made sure everything was taken care of. I especially want to give a shoutout to Lila, for being so kind and helpful throughout everything. Had a tour with Jade and she was lovely! Answered all my questions (which I love because I tend to ask a lot). It was peaceful and everything I wanted.
I've visited Aspen Ridge several times because I have a friend who lives there, and every visit has been a positive experience. The community has always felt quiet, clean, and well-maintained, and I've always felt comfortable while spending time there. The office staff has been friendly whenever I've stopped by, and the property has a welcoming atmosphere. The location is also convenient, with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby.
