Exceptional Experience at Aspen Ridge! I had the pleasure of meeting Nettie and Sarah at an event for U.S. Military Veterans, and I was immediately impressed! The Greenwich Green / Aspen Ridge team's product, packaging, and overall presentation truly stood out from the crowd. My family found this treasure in the city, Aspen Ridge it is our home away from home in Gainesville. During the process Nettie, Sarah and Ashley are like our angels making our transition smooth and easy. Every concerns we had were acknowledged and dealt promptly. The maintenance team Dalton and Zachary were both attentive and fast in fixing our concerns. We can’t thank this wonderful team enough for making us feel comfortable in our new home.
This is such a quaint, homey place. It’s so calm being here and a convenient location. We ended up with a much larger apartment than intended because the price was so good. The foliage in view out the windows are just gorgeous every day; I’ve watched birds in the trees with my dogs. The whole team is great and I really appreciated that Nettie was upfront with the property criticism (mainly left dog poop from tenants) but it’s honestly not even that bad of an issue other than the first pup station near the front of the comple... read more
Aspen Ridge is a nice place! It's quiet and the neighbors are friendly. Having the amenities at Greenwich green is def a plus. But what's even better is the staff. Nettie and Sarah are awesome, very friendly, fun and helpful. They are trying and succeeding in making Aspen an even better place to live. From the apartment itself to the grounds. Aspen Ridge has been our home for three years and counting. Every interaction with the new team members in the office and maintnance alike has been positive and uplifting! Very appreciative of their attentiveness, kindness, and professionalism.
