This place is the WORST!!! If the rent was not as low as it is I would give it negative stars! They will lie and lose your paperwork! I've had black mold in my apartment for MONTHS and they have done nothing ! They've had multiple apartment managers like a revolving door and that's always the excuse for losing rent and not taking care of critical maintenance orders! Corporate does nothing. I totally miss living here - great community, great value! The property manager (Shereece) is extremely accommodating and maintenance staff (Victor) were always friendly and quick to respond to any issues. My move out was seamless. I enjoyed the process.
During my stay at Aspen Ridge I have to say that I am very happy with this apartment complex and the management is great, reliable and very responsive. Highly recommended in my opinion.
