My hubby and I enjoy going to Aspen, especially during their happy hours at the bar...best chicken fingers in town!!!!
Was there with a group of friends. Great service. As leaving, I ordered a carry out. Got home and the carry out was not quite right. Called and spoke to the Manager. She apologized and asked where I lived. She said her chef would drop off what was missing to our house! I could not believe what she was saying! A few minutes later, he showed up with the food and extra food as well for our trouble! I am all about customer service.This was excellent service recovery! Kudos to the Manager and her Chef!!
Huge THANK YOU to chef / owner Scott and Aspen Restaurant for participating in Lakeview High Schools Hassle Before the Tassel Event!!! The loaded Mac and Cheese was delicious!! And your very generous raffle prizes were greatly appreciated!
Had a communion party here, food was brought out quick and service was great. We had the privacy of the back room to ourselves with our own personal wait staff. The Chef even came out to make sure everything tasted great, and of course it did. We have been back several times for special family occasions. Great restaurant, great atmosphere, love the food! Would highly recommend!
Hey you deleted my friend Dawn's review, do you only keep the good one's and not the people's review who show your true colors and how the restaurant treats people? Shows this site is a farce and no one should believe the stars it is rated because you will just go in and delete anyone who writes negative. What a joke!
Food was very good- nice size portions and the service was excellent!
