Fantastic by Dr Eden, nurses all staff. One of the best experiences I have had at a doctor's office in Elko.
Greedy place. Don’t actually help injured people, they only help people with money.
If there was an option for a zero star, I would have done that. 1 star is too much. The doctor care was very good. The billing was the issue. We were lied to and deceived. The service is $499.00 per visit. I'm shocked at the leverage that is applied. We came and were pressured to pay $499.00 for heath care. This is robbery! They are taking advantage of everyone!! On one occasion, we were told the wait time was going to be about an hour. About 2 and a half hours later, we left. My 5 year and 2 year old had no patience left. On another occasion, my 5 year old went in for an eye infection. We waited a total of an hour before being seen, and the doctor come in, and left exactly 30 seconds later. He didn't even do a check up to see if anything else was wrong, just said, "Yep. That's pink eye!" And prescribed her medication.
