They never ever answer the phone.
I first visited this clinic during COVID to get tested and explore treatment options, but the receptionist at the time was very rude. However, I returned recently right at opening and the receptionist whom I doubt was the same person, was kind and helpful while explaining my paperwork. The nurses and provider were also caring and attentive. I won't go as far as to say that other negative reviews are fake, but perhaps they stemmed from high-stress periods for the clinic and its staff.
