I don't suggest anyone goes here. Over the last 10 years of being a patient at diversis and feeling like this crisis center is my only option, I have never had a positive exsperience here. I've visited the walk-in therapy center a few times over the years. I try not to over-rely on it (I know they're busy and it's not good to put too much stress on mental health workers either; don't take them for granted). Once in a while, maybe once a year or so, I've stopped in because I'm unhappy and just need support. Last night was one of those nights, and I'm glad I did.
