Love this place! The staff is always helpful, friendly, and professional. Everything is newly remodeled and they have a beautiful pool. Very reasonably priced and right in town. Less than two miles from both colleges. Friendly and quiet neighbors. I will definitely be renewing!
I am a graduate student at the UT Tyler.I am living in this apartment for 18 months.So far I felt very safe with my family in this apartment complex.Great apartment community!
