Aspen fails to tell you that they have some of the best maintenance men in the business . Jeremiah W and Preston did amazing work . 5 stars across the board .
This place never fixes stuff when things break. We have not had lights on the packing lot for a while and they don't give a damn. All they do is increase rent every couple months. If anything breaks, they charge you for it. They will be painting parking ports in a couple days. They require you to move your car or it will be towed at your expense. Shitty place 😑
Responsive, polite, and professional. Very pleased with how quickly our information was processed and our paperwork was prepared. Brooklynn answered all of our questions and had a great attitude through the entire process! The maintenance guy was also awesome and took care of a bunch of things to get the apartment ready in a short time. Couldn't be happier!
