Was told they prorate, but when we emptied the unit on the 11th of the month at first we were told they just prorate at beginning of month. After saying that is not what we were told, he went to ask someone in back, came back to us and said we will get a refund in the mail. We will not get the refund until after the end of the month. Had to pay a full month and now waiting 3 weeks for our money for days we did not have anything in the unit. I hate when people bullshit me! What a crappy way to do business.
A repeat customer very dissatisfied the second time around. My unit leaked, causing all of my items to be destroyed. And let’s not forget the rats that got in. Door would always stick. I had a hard time closing. It asked to have it repaired and received no response.
My unit was broke into the last part of June I asked to see video footage and was told I could then was given the run around. And the camera facing down by my unit they told me it didn't work. How convenient NOT.. made a police report and I'm still giving the run around. That storage place is supposed to be secure well it's not. They also have a mouse issue there and the units leak.
