Sheryl and Trevor are the best!
Finding housing in Jackson is struggling game and this place makes profit from it. Affordable is a joke! GET A ROOM in a shared apartment and you will have SO MUCH MORE PRIVACY than in those mini studios apartment. You will hear everything from outside or neighbors and even more from the stairs. I VACATED THE APARTMENT 45 DAYS AGO AND STILL WAITING MY SECURE DEPOSIT. With Sheryl as manager, she has kept Aspen Meadow Apartments charming, and in addition she creates an atmosphere of family. Over the years I have known her. And I do not sense her motivation is unreal. What an awesome place to rent!
Update: September 2025 I’ve been a resident at Aspen Meadows for nearly six years now and it’s been eight months since my last review. If you read through to my first review, you’ll see that overall I have really enjoyed living here. The location is great and the staff is wonderful - big shout out to our office manager, Sheryl, who really cares about the residents and does everything she can to make us feel at home. Living here in such a central location makes my life 1,000x easier. Responses to questions and maintenance are top notch although rarely required. It is quiet and other residents are all respectful and mostly neat and clean.
