I have been going to Luxe for a couple of years now. The quality of their workmanship and products are very good! Yes, they are a bit pricey but you get what you pay for! Nicole is very knowledgeable of her products and gives good advice. Most of the nail techs are good at their jobs but I have to say that Helen is my favorite! Do not get hard gel manicures here. Within days all my nails started breaking deep on the nail bed. They apply hard gel way too thin, and don’t properly make an “apex” on the nail. I even told the nail tech when she was applying it and she said it’s the way they do hard gel and it’ll be fine.
These prices are outrageous and before confirming this exaggeration they should inform the client... a French manicure cannot be considered designer and they charge an extra $50. It's shameful. I asked them to remove the cuticles because the last time Ivan didn't do it and I had an infection for two weeks and I had to put antibiotic cream on (first photo) and this time they did the same thing, I asked them to do the manicure and they don't do it, they directly put the nails on top of you and don't even clean them underneath.... read more
Got my nails done a week ago and one of them popped off like it was barely glued, unable to work with me or my schedule to get in so I took the rest off and they all popped off as easy as press-on nails. I really think they looked good, but they are not made to last and I’m pretty disappointed that they all came off so easily for the price I paid. As well as no hand massage at the end of anything like that
