You're paying for the location and nothing else. Basic amenities are disappointing. The dishwaher hardly cleans and doesn't dry anything, the laundry machines destroy clothes, the AC has been shut off since the fall, and the elevators shake (if they're even working). Don't live here, there are so many better options nearby.

I love paying $50 for parking and not being able to park. Here's the Thing. I don't think I have ever had better internet than this. Usually my internet is down all the time, but here it was only down 5 days out of the week. Fantastic! The washing machine was soooo good that my clothes were washed out of existence. And don't get me started on how awesome this AC is. 10/10 experience. I would recommend this to anyone who is getting paid to live here. So gather around friends, lettuce enjoy this place together!

Welcome to Academy Lincoln, where you don’t get to use your AC in your overpriced apartment. I hope you like sleeping in 75+ degrees. If not, you can open your window! I hope you like the sound of firetrucks! Even then you’ll be sleeping a nice and humid 73 degrees. Basically you don’t get AC unless it’s over 70 degrees both day and night… Do not live here, it really is a scam.

This is my second year living here. I would’ve moved last year but I was going into my senior year and didn’t want to deal with the hassle of moving again. They claim that they “upgraded” the internet this year. That couldn’t be further from the truth. I had zero issues with the internet last year, it was fast and never went out. This year it has gone out multiple times (been out for 21 hours at the time of writing this) and the test speeds show that it is now slower.
