I used to stay here during Spring 2024-Spring 2025, which I can say it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Imagine that this year the internet broke down multiple times within a year that I almost lost count. Not to mention, the customer service from the management including the front desk were terrible as well. Additionally, the one thing that I found was unfair were the $500 relet fee that I had to pay. Do not live here! Absolutely terrible place to live. Management doesn’t help with anything and the WiFi is constantly out. It was out for days during finals week of both semesters during last school year! The hallways always smell gross because you leave your trash out there to be picked up. The times that trash gets picked up is also very inconsistent and I’ve had times where it was randomly missed completely. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I had high hopes moving into this apartment three years ago, but at this point I have nothing but disappointment, frustration, and a lot less money than I should have due to the unorganized, money-hungry management. Despite my attempts at proper communication and responsible behavior as a tenant, I have been charged multiple times unnecessarily and at this point I have lost hundreds of dollars to these greedy people.
