I could not be happier with my time at Aspen Leaf Holistic Mental Health. My appointments with Dr. Campbell are consistently thoughtful, compassionate, and helpful. She does a wonderful job making me feel seen and heard, and I can always tell that she loves her job and wants the best for me. The entire practice is welcoming, professional, and well-organized. They shut down with no communication to patients and no time to find a new doctor for prescriptions. Just left us high and dry for over a week.
I love working with Dr Campbell! I’ve been seeing her for almost two years now and I feel heard, taken seriously, and feel like there is a collaborative approach to find the best solutions for my needs. I highly recommend Dr Campbell and Aspen Leaf to anyone looking for a new provider!
Need to be reachable when their clients have issues, like running out of their meds. I was blown off and put in a dangerous position because of it. If you're there to help people, actually do it. Kelly was fine but dealing with the office staff (Ernesto in particular) was infuriating. He was unprofessional, rude, and was the reason I stopped using their services.
I just passed my one year mark of being a patient, and I highly recommend Aspen Leaf. I'd like to give strong praise to the administrative team, especially Ernesto. I have had several situations where I needed last-minute help that he came to the rescue. This includes a time when a pharmacy that I had been going to for a full year, refused to fill my prescription notified me several days later, late on Friday, until they spoke with someone at the office (this is an issue with pharmacies in general).
