They are professional and flexible. They worked with me when I couldn't pay on time. They are great to work with.
horrible place. Should be sued for malpractice. I went to two different appointments and then they just decided after the first refill that they would no longer refill my medication?? As mental health providers that should know that messing with a dose and stopping a medication can have serious consequences. And yet no response when I asked what my other options were. pathetic, please please if you care about your mental health go anywhere else because they don’t care. They only care about profit.
This is been the worst experience that I have ever had when dealing with a health care professional. My son was seeing one of the doctors at their practice. He called to request a refill, he never heard from them. I called them too, I went to their offices only to find out they blocked my phone and my son's phone number. In essesnce they were not interested in seeing my son, gave no explanation. My son deals with depression and dropping a client like that is unacceptable, specially since is so too difficult to find a replace... read more
Superb customer service and they defiantly made me feel really safe and comfortable! Mental health is a big deal in America and I love the fact that their whole team work super hard to find solutions for my situation! ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!
