Poor customer service – I used their web site and emailed them for a design and quote. it took over 2 weeks before they responded. Someone came out a few days later, took pictures, did some sketches and wrote down the ideas we had. I have heard nothing back from them since and it has been over 4 months.
Outstanding customer service, highly recommended – My wife and I live in Bend and just had our back yard landscaping project completed by Aspen Landscape, from a big patch of dirt to a beautiful finished product. The project went very smoothly, and the crew that tackled it was very open to feedback and willing to make small changes on the fly, all the while with a positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
