The leasing office is very unprofessional. Vivian the leasing agent was very unprofessional. I had 2 appointments and they rescheduled me and then didn’t show up to my second appointment so I called the office and they sent someone over but I still didn’t get a tour even though I drove 1 hour and 45 minutes to get to my appointment. Vivian refused to do a tour even though I had an appointment booked because she “had too much to do”. Frankly it was unprofessional and lazy on her part.
I am posting on behalf of my mother-in-law Noreen S. Maintenance/repair worker Denver did a great job replacing two lights over the kitchen lunch counter.
Denver is awsome and all the peaple I have talk to in the office are very helpfull.
My husband and I have lived here since March of 2024 and we love our apartment. Since we've moved in we have had a baby and the peace of mind we get knowing we live in a safe community is incredible. There have of course been some bumps in the road but that is to be expected with any renting situation. When we have had issues the leasing office has always gotten back to us with timely answers. They definitely seem to be listening. We just resigned our lease and are excited to start year 2 here!
