I am posting on behalf of my mother-in-law Noreen S. Maintenance/repair worker Denver did a great job replacing two lights over the kitchen lunch counter.
Denver is awsome and all the peaple I have talk to in the office are very helpfull.
My husband and I have lived here since March of 2024 and we love our apartment. Since we've moved in we have had a baby and the peace of mind we get knowing we live in a safe community is incredible. There have of course been some bumps in the road but that is to be expected with any renting situation. When we have had issues the leasing office has always gotten back to us with timely answers. They definitely seem to be listening. We just resigned our lease and are excited to start year 2 here!
My experiences at Aspen Lakes have been overwhelmingly positive but am aware that many opinions are shaped by the people you share a living space with. Our building has been full of people who “respect the space” and it least half of the 12 units are dog owners, so we understand when/why dogs bark. I have only had one issue within my unit and it was taken care of immediately. Yes, it is expensive but literally everything is expensive now
