Has any one here seen bright red Scion XB driving around? It is the square looking car...sometimes refered to as a lunchbox. Aspen Lake, I would like to reply to your response but either you or Google is not allowing me to. I also did try to call the office as you suggested but no answer which I find funny since you just now replied to this comment. What kind of operation are you running?
I have been a tenant at Aspen Lake Apartments for a few years now and I am very pleased. It feels a bit more upscale compared to other apartments in Brunswick but the price is fairly reasonable for what you get. The hallways are clean, parking is adequate, and the soundproofing is great. I had a person below me with a newborn and, the only reason I know they had one, is because I hear the baby cry when I pass their door on the way up or down. Aspen Lake is a wonderful apartment complex! Madalina manages the property with professionalism and excellence and cares about her tenants. I always received a call back within 24 hrs after calling the office to address any issues, and responsiveness is very important to me. My husband and I lived here for 4 years after we got married and our experience was overall a very pleasant one. For the price, it's a very solid choice. We found our beautiful new home almost a year ago. We absolutely LOVE living at Aspen Lake Apartments! Our Property Manager Madalina made the leasing process easy. She is professional, friendly and efficient. We knew we were home...and signed our lease that day. Our apartment has vaulted ceilings, an amazing view of Aspen Lake, plenty of closet space, washer and dryer and a large balcony perfect for flowers and plants.
