Do not go here. I went in for an emergency appointment with an initial concern that wasn’t addressed. I left with pain in a tooth that wasn’t the issue for my appointment as well as issues with being able to properly chew my food. The owner was very patronizing. He didn’t do any exam or x-rays on my teeth to attempt to resolve the issue.
Aspen Hill Implant and Family Dentistry is a top notch group of individuals who are about the business of business imparting knowlege,kindness,and gentleness for the betterment of the community at large!!! If you are in need of a great dentist, please do not hesitate to book your appointment here!!!! So far, I have not experienced the pain I have had in the past when having dental work done. I really loved the hospitality. The receptionist woman was very kind and informative. Fast and efficient establishment. The woman that helped me her name is Kayla. Doctor was also very kind and gentle. Thank you for the wonderful service!!!!
My first time with this new office and I have nothing but great things to say. The staff was friendly and attentive. The office was clean and organized. Dr. Awad was very informative, professional, and gentle. I had gotten a cleaning and 1 filling. He made the experience very pleasant.
I give out 5 stars but Dr. Ahmed did really great and made me comfortable. If you looking for an environment that focuses on your concerns and most importantly the customer service this is the dental office to come to. Disregard negative reviews! I am thankful I found my new dental home!
