Dr. Tam and team are so great! very warm and inviting.
Very kind and thorough. Take time to explain everything and work to help find appointments around schedule.
Arrived with 2 kids. Only one checked in on time due to an error at reception desk by staff. After over an hour and trying to get the other child seen by a different hygentist we had to reschedule. Mind you they called me to see if I could come in for an earlier appt first. They keep patients waiting too long. We were there for 1:25 min for 1 cleaning. Drove 25 min one way to get there too. SMH.
My appointments were canceled 4 times in a row, always got the same message dentist is not in today. Than was told the dentist changed schedule so instead of finishing up their already booked appointments and they cancel the same day of. Most professionals will finish out their book and than starting in the future date with no bookings they will change schedule there.
