Convenient Student Living I love living here, this place literally has everything. Fully furnished with SEVERAL amenities, like there is no other choice for students. Especially students coming out of the dorms, these apartments PROVIDE all the furniture you need and you don't have to spend money on getting furniture.

Amazing people, great place to live and the snacks are an amazing bonus Love staying here, the people at the front are amazing and always helpful, very open about everything and a great living experience overall. If you're a WSU student, a great place to live, just across the campus, easy access, has a bus stop and pretty accessible. Definetly recommend ??

Awesome Apartment for a decent price I lived in a 4x4 apartment this past year and I have no complaints. Amentites were nice, apartment was great, and it was very well managed!
good place to live for students I was a student there and it’s not that bad. For myself I only paid the rent and like $20 a month on utilities. I’m pretty sure they pay by building and they pay for a portion of it and that’s why. Overall pretty great place, staff was super friendly and helpful, and the pool is pretty cool.

TOTAL JOKE DONT LIVE HERE Poor Management,Poor Maintnence, I have lived here for a year and constantly have to put in work orders and then wait for weeks to get stuff worked on. DONT LIVE HERE
DONT MOVE HERE The living conditions are Horrible. The Entire complex of full of dog poop and urine…The Staff doesn’t care or solve problems. Nate and Roaches are everywhere…Smells like weed…Extremely loud…children and dogs running everywhere. The roommates matching process is a complete waist of time and energy.
DO NOT MOVE IN!! The management doesn't care at all. They give you exactly what you didn't want in the name of roommate matching. My roommate smokes weed always and I hate the smell. All they have to say is "Is it okay if she smokes in the bathroom? " and this is when they know it's weed! Roommate's dog urinated in the middle of living room. I had asked them in writing for a non-smoking and no pet unit. Premises filled with dog poops and urine. It's open-gated, not safe. Extremely uncooperative.
Beware Your utilities will be $200. They'll say they are looking into it. But without them actually covering the cost, nothing can be done with poor construction. They were built fast and inefficient. Air can even be felt blowing through doors. After several months of "looking into it" the bills are piling up.
