I'm not sure what's happened in the last 5 years, but your parking is horrendous. Or every occupant has 3 vehicles. Your residents are parking and blocking driveways along the other neighbors and their condos. You have a parking lot. And no one knows how to park.
Went to visit a family friend here. Their place looked well taken care of. The grounds around the building looked well groomed.
Nice spacious condos,however the owner to rental percentage has gone to rentals. So the property is not being taken care of by the renters or the management company.
