Had some staff that were amazing and actually cared about the patients wellbeing. Also had some staff that were just for a paycheck and didn't care how it affected the patient experience. Didn't appreciate at all how the billing department called the next day after discharge immediately asking for a large amount of money. The following days after discharge are stressful enough without immediately being hounded for money

I was there for 5 days for suicidal thoughts. My discharge paperwork said that I was given a therapist to talk to daily. I never saw one. I was also given medication by the medical Dr but the psychiatrist wouldn’t give me a prescription because he said I didn’t need it. There were very little actual groups and most of them were just YouTube and Ted Talks. I love the program it was very professional and I got a lot out of it Ryan was my counselor and he was fantastic I would definitely recommend people to do this program that need it thanks so much for the help
