I don’t recommend send your love ones to this hospital for treatment, back when it was called Provo Canyon I was a patient there, they kept triggering me and sent patients to talk to me when I’ve asked numerous times to be left alone (how I know they were doing this, you may ask) one of the patients they were constantly sending to me confessed that they were doing that and the reason was because they were trying to get a reaction out of my and each time I fell for it, which made them keep me in there long (because of money) ... read more

For legal matters all things I state here are based off my opinion and recollection. This is one of the worst hospitals you could ever go to. Speaking as someone who has had to seek mental health and that has worked mental health I find there to be nothing therapeutic about Provo Canyons (Aspen Grove they had to change their name due to all the lawsuits). My fiance is in this place and there's absolutely no communication from his worker or anyone else in charge of him it's beyond frustrating

My sister in law is in there. I would not send any of my family there. It's hard to get ahold of your family member by phone. Each person you talk to gives you a different answer of when to call. Very inconsistent 😑
