I would recommend this complex to anyone me getting kicked out was my own stupidity and not asking for help when I needed it if I thought I had a chance at all of getting back in there I would apply in a heart beat the landlord is amazing and always does her best to work with tenants the people in the complex are great and the school district is one of the best there is

I moved in approximately 3 weeks ago to an apartment that was clean and well maintained. This is the only time I have moved into a place that I could put things away without cleaning. Even when I built a house in Star I had to vacuum sawdust. Shelly and Chad do a wonderful job in their positions . Fast and efficient. I love living here , a graduate of Filer High School. It good to be home. Their residents are like family. Thanks Aspen Grove. Ken Eggleston
get rid of the "landlady" Shelly! and it would be so much better there.
I enjoy living at Aspen Grove Apartments I've been here for 12 years I've seen a lot of managers come and go and the one we have now Shelly Wilson is trying very hard doing a great job this place is never look better and the people that are coming in are so much better than they used to be she's really turn this place around I would recommend this to anybody I love my neighbors we have barbecues here we I have parties and a lot of them are from the Aspen Grove people and Shelley herself some people don't like it I love it he... read more
