They did the staircases in our apartment complex and missed every footer that they poured. So the staircase are sitting on the 4in. thick pad.they poured the pads without figuring the correct rise and run for the staircase.
Educate your people about safe driving. Just had one of your drivers van #16 be on my tail trying to basically run me off the road near 88th and federal.
Driver with the license plate AAM-Z05 is driving recklessly and nearly hitting pedestrians. Speeding and not stopping for stop signs or crosswalks. I reported this plate to Aurora police as well.
I’m the neighbor of reference to the crazy Karen/Shelbey Royal’s review. Sounds like the typical rant from our neighborhood/village idiot (nothing new to see here, as this is her regular occurrence…). One day she’ll get a hobby from the constant dramatics.
I personally have not worked with this company BUT they are working on my neighbors' home and based on my interactions I would NEVER use them. They have been rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional. We asked them multiple times to stay off our property and specifically out of our garden, but repeatedly found them trampling in our garden and quite frankly trespassing.
