RecommendedI have been a client for about 2 years now, and I have had a great experience. Great staff, great therapist, friendly and welcoming service overall!
Staff was very friendly and I really enjoyed the therapist I worked with. However, support staff set me up with a therapist who DOES NOT take my insurance (they informed me she did). 5 appointments later I received a bill for 600+ dollars. I called my insurance company, they have no idea why aspen thought this. So now I’m suck with a 600+ bill —- more stressed now than when I started going. BE CAREFUL!!
My son has been going here for about a year, and they have significantly helped him with anxiety and a number of things. All of a sudden they tell me he can't come anymore because they found out in 2013 I had a bill go into collections. They said although it is paid and your son has been going here since with no further issues of payment, neither you nor anybody in your immediate family can come here. I'm very upset. He needs help. What happened to the Hippocratic oath?
