I had an excellent experience at this dental office from start to finish for my dental implant. The place is exceptionally clean, modern, and well organized, and the entire staff is professional, friendly, and welcoming. What impressed me the most, however, was the dentist. Extremely disappointed with this place. I thought they were different than the ones out west. I had an appointment booked 4 months ago and they waited until the day before to tell me someone else is booked to reschedule. When I asked why did they have preference over my appt, their response was they triple booked without any knowledge with still didn't answer why I had to reschedule and not the others.
