Amazing office and great office staff. Dr. Cartegena treats everyone with respect as well as the assistants work so hard and are considerate of all patients and co workers.
The worst. Had me in the office for 1 hour before I was seen. Then wasted my time trying to present things that my insurance wouldn’t cover. I declined.Then billed me for the preliminary visit that my insurance should be billed for after they told me I was totally 💯 covered for as they did no work just took X-rays.5 yrs later put on my credit report.⚰️they’ll never get it. Fighting the wrong person.☹️
