Best dentist I have been to and amazing and knowledgeable staff they guided me through my plan and scheduled my treatments during my first visit. I have been waiting a long time to fix my teeth they made me feel important and their equipment was updated and futuristic. 5 stars!

I made an appointment, I waited to be seen for about 20 min. My paperwork had been done ahead of time. *Nobody told me about the excessive x-rays they were going to take of my mouth. I have been to the dentist in my life many times & to different dentists. None of them needed a full 360 of my head & about 17 separate x-rays of my mouth. Additionally, the x-ray tech was unfriendly and I didn't know what was going on. I waited to be seen by the hygienist who didn't clean my teeth. They only estimated my level of gum recession.... read more

The work they do is good however, when I had my wisdom teeth removed, we sat down and went over the cost item by item and figured out what I would pay out of pocket and what my insurance would cover. Fast forward about 6 months I start getting calls from a debt collector. Turns out my insurance didn’t cover it (I disputed that and they ended up paying) and aspen dental made ABSOLUTELY 0 attempts to contact me or let me know what was going on before they sold my debt to a collector.

I had made an emergency appointment and was able to be seen right away that day. Staff was very friendly and explained everything that I needed to have done and answered all my questions. Keller was very helpful with the scheduling and explaining and answering all my insurance questions and was very helpful with my payment options.
