I had a very informative visit. The office staff and the doctor informed me the next steps to take
I changed insurance with new employment. The office staff called my insurance company and due to their coding of service my visit would be $200 ish. This was not acceptable and was going to change to a different provider. To keep my business, they omitted some fees and services and agreed to accept $94 total so I kept my appointment. Now they are billing full rate because insurance not covering this. This isn’t even ethical. Who runs a business like this lying to the patient? Unbelievable!
The assistant, hygienist and doctor were friendly, informative and professional. I felt that they were generally invested in my oral health and was given a reasonable plan.
