I waited months for an appointment. Only to arrive on time and the reception telling me my spot has been filled and no one could see me.

If I could give a zero I would. I needed a 3-D x-ray on my tooth. When I made the appointment, I told the receptionist the I needed it. When I was taken to the x-ray room, I also informed the x-ray tech that I was there for a 3-D x-ray. After waiting a very long time for the doctor, I asked if it was a 3_d x-ray and she said no. I told her that I was there for a 3-D x-ray. So I had to wait another exhausting time period before the room was ready and finally I got the right x-ray. Good and fast. The staff and Dr. were very friendly. Had an emergency and they took care of it .
Wish I could remember the name of the lady who done my extractions. She's only at that location on Thursdays to my understanding. She was very sweet and gentle. Everybody I've encountered there has been professional and made sure I got any and all information I requested. Hope the Dentist who done my work sees this "Thank you and Bless you" you're an amazing Dentist and I imagine an amazing person as well.
