Excellent care and considerate service. Professional action and attitude. Highly recommended over other dental services.
I had an appointment scheduled with Aspen Dental. I confirmed the appointment on their website, then again through SMS. They then called me and left a voice mail stating they would cancel my appointment if I did not verbally confirm. I am unable to verbally confirm. Really disappointed in the lack of accessibility accommodations. Why wasn't confirming on the website sufficient?
