Edit: 2026: Went in july 2026 and everyone i interacted with was so polite and so kind. Hailey, Hope (i think), Kayla, Kiran, Shaylee, Sarai, the beautiful lady at the front desk with the pink ear plugs, each person i spoke with was a delight. Had 2 extractions done july 2026, day two right now and no dry sockets yet. Dr. Gonzalez was gentle but thorough and got the extraction done quickly. Edit: 2026: Went in july 2026 and everyone i interacted with was so polite and so kind. Kayla, Kiran, Shaylee, Sarai, the beautiful lady at the front desk with the pink ear plugs, each person i spoke with was a delight. Response:" My claim was DENIED which I was informed you all should have KNOWN being in my network." Bunch of LIARS and SCAMMERS... Telling you insurance will "cover" a certain amount when it is just them guessing instead of actually verifying with your insurance company. Being charged $600 after being told my insurance would take care of it is pretty insane.
