The people are professional, thorough, respectful & friendly. Explained everything in detail. Problem with dentures fitting correctly. Been back several times for "adjustments" & still an issue. Uncomfortable to wear.
On Saturday, March 28th, I had root canal performed. My anxiety level was high, since I never had it performed before. Doc Mericle spoke to me, informing me what he was going to do and what would be place in my mouth. A block or another device was not being used to hold my mouth open, instead a piece of thin rubber to keep my tongue out of the way. The staff is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I had 2 extractions. The oral surgeon was extremely good at informing me of the procedure, what to expect during recovery and of telling me the post-op symptoms to call the office for. I would have given 5 stars except for the waiting times.
