Machi is a great guy. BUT their scheduling needs some work. They have to reschedule appointments quite often. One time I scheduled an appointment online. They called the day before and basically said I made a mistake and scheduled it during their lunch hour. Why was that even an option? Another time they asked me to reschedule and I had to wait 2 months to get in. OH! I once had to reschedule an appointment, called weeks in advance, and she was a total snot about it. Talk to them at my visit about pulling a couple teeth at a time said it would be no problem. Then they tell me I would need an oral surgeon present! I had two teeth pulled this year and didn’t have to have an oral surgeon present! Then you told me o needed to have one bridge at a time done instead.
