Very friendly, professional service, I am very pleased do far
Got a partial denture and the next week, it was so loose it could not be worn. Called and asked to come in to have something done to enable it to be used. They made appointment a month away. This is not good business. Will not go back to them for any kind of service.
I went to Aspen from a referral that they had an excellent dentist. When I found out that she was on vacation for two weeks and I would not be seeing her...I was disappointed and also I had wanted to see if they could adjust my upper denture as it was too lose. And, they didn't even try to see how it fit.
The staff is incredible and very professional. I have never in my life had so many x rays taken to show every nook and cranny of my dental structure. They are a very efficient working team. The cherry on top-meeting Dr. Chang. I called on many physicians during my career in pharmaceutical sales and Dr. Chang’s presence would rank at the top of the charts. She presents herself with compassion, conviction, confidence and a way to communicate the complex in an easy to understand manner. This practice is a true “gem.”
Didn't have a good 1st. Visit at All' they forgot me'. I came in @ 12:35. I waited 3hrs. Then FINALLY'! get in chair @ 3:10pm was told she did 5 other extractions today cannot do my EMERGENCY extraction she said the tooth shifted when she Dr.Chang touched it. It's to the Nerve she said its' Cracked. Out Of this World gave Me' an appointment for JULY, 29th. @ 11:30 I should've been accommodated Because they Forgot me' AND I'm a first timer.
