I am not one to ever do bad reviews but this place truly has proven bad customer service. I made an appt for my husband as a first time patient (We go to the dentist regularly but it s a little far and we are currently looking for a new dentist closer to us). I made the appt and account online and entered all the required information. The day of the appt, they made him wait over an hour to see the dentist and then could not do anything because they x-ray machine was "new, but not working". Excellent care and awesome staff! They did a great job on my de tire repair. I would recommend to others. I have no complaints.
Dr birman was excellent-so patient an i trusted him-which says a lot. When i got a little queezy after my shot, both he and ron turned down the air and brought me an icepack. Ron has a super positive attitude and is so nice. Emily the person when u first walk in is very nice and caring. All around great service!!! A#1. (First time patient)
Staff was quick and friendly. Dr. Dermody was amazing in explaining the procedure and the pros and cons of it. The procedure went very well and there wasn't any issues in my healing. Would definitely go again.
