Aspin staff was very friendly answering my question to where I could understand very helpful
Extremely kind and helpful staff. Dr. Cook was amazing at explaining what I needed done. Everyone in the office was so helpful.
I scheduled a routine cleaning exam (new patient). They called to confirm and told me it would be a full comprehensive exam with x-rays and then the doctor would discuss a “treatment plan”- which doesn’t make sense bc I wasn’t going in for any issues. I told them I am pregnant so I wouldn’t be able to do x-rays and she told me they would have to cancel my appointment because they wouldn’t do the cleaning without x-rays. This has never been an issue with any other dentist. This just tells me they are only in it to make money.
