With my insurance, they try to overcharge me a lot of money and wanted the pacific money amount that day and I’m not even getting all that in one day and they want a down payment. Never heard of a dentist wanted a down payment and so they will send my medication to the pharmacy and never do.
I had the best experience as always from this office! Everyone is so caring and really listens to how I am feeling. -coming from someone with bad dental anxiety. Shout out to Jasmine and Dr.B for being phenomenal today! Nicole the operations manager was also so delightful and was very helpful with financing I really appreciated it!
Jade was great. From making sure I knew which location I was scheduled at to making sure I understood my care plan, she went above and beyond in making my experience here great.
Since my last review, I have returned twice for adjustments on my dentures. This last visit was for my 3rd re-line. Upon picking up my dentures at 5pm, to which again was ill fitting. The young man did a adjustment and the felt better, however regarded my request to do futher work on them, stating for me to try them and come back the following day. Unfortunately I do work, thus I am still struggling.
