I came in specifically to have my crown re-cemented. Instead of addressing the issue I scheduled for, the staff immediately proceeded with a comprehensive diagnosis, including a full pano and multiple X-rays, without clearly explaining why this was necessary. The imaging process was very rough and painful. I left with gum soreness and small lacerations. They never submitted bill to my insurance my ins had to call them plus I was told a complimentary visit at no charge then I get a 300.00 bill The denysaid I needed a root canal redone . Turns out the tooth was beyond repairs and had to be pulled. They were more worried about trying to sell me a deep route clean 2500 when I'm missing most of my teeth.
