I was doubtful of going back to the Pinellas Park Aspen after a very bad experience with the hygienist and office staff last year. Dr. Beardon and her staff were wonderful and that's the only reason I went back. I love her. I went back today due to a bad tooth and Dr. Beardon. They were all WONDERFUL!!! I do not recommend this dental office. Before starting treatment, I specifically asked about costs and was told multiple times that my insurance would cover everything and I would pay zero out of pocket. Based on that, I agreed to the more expensive procedure. After the treatment, I was shocked to learn that I owed $995. My insurance company said the dental office should verify coverage and explain out-of-pocket costs in advance, but the office blamed the insurance. As a returning patient, I had a fantastic experience at Aspen Dental. From the moment I walked in, the team treated me like a friend, not just another patient. The hygienist was super informative and made things easy to understand, and the doctor was friendly and clear about what needed to be done and the progress I wanted. The office manager was equally kind and helpful, taking time to work through treatment and payment plan options. Overall, I left feeling cared for, not rushed, and genuinely comfortable.
