Honestly the attention was great they was super friendly and comfortable but they givme fake results , they said the I’m fine the is nothing just send me a mouthwash ,when they send me my radiografy I send it to another trusted dentist and to my surprise I have to extract a tooth for a deep Carie , very bad job and professionalism I don’t know who give the certificate of doctor to the dentist who was attend me I don’t recommend this clinic and I will never go back
Extremely pleased with the service. The staff was very kind and professional. For once, no one tried to push unnecessary upsells; they simply presented the options and let me decide. I did have a little wait, but they kept me informed the entire time, which I really appreciated. Excellent communication and customer service. Highly recommend!
Having to go to the dentist or a dental facilities is never something you wanna do. Having said that to all the experience I had today from the reception at the front of the people at the back was very professional, very friendly very competent. It is also obvious that there’s a training program within your organization that delivers consistency. It’s gonna cost me some money. Nothing to do about that but it was a great experience today.
What an amazing experience! Everyone was incredibly professional and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire visit. From the hygienist, to the main dentist, and last but definitely not least, the young lady who handled the appointments and explained the payment options everyone was excellent. I truly have nothing but great things to say about this location!
